Look Where We Live!

---

Look Where We Live!: A First Book of Community Building is an informational picture book for young children written and illustrated by Scot Ritchie. The story follows five friends, Nick, Yulee, Pedro, Sally, and Martin, as they explore their neighbourhood and learn about the people, places, and activities that make up their community. Through their experiences, children discover the roles of local businesses, public spaces, community workers, and shared activities. The book also introduces ideas about cooperation, helping others, and participating in community life. Colourful illustrations and interactive elements help young readers understand how communities work and encourage them to contribute to their own communities.
